Départ du parking de la SdF, Landost, chemins intérieurs en direction de Port St Nicolas, chemin côtier après le Trou de l'Enfer, lavoir de Fontenar, Gadoéric, Quéhello, lavoir de poupées, Déchèterie, Kerdurand, Clavezic, Mez er Groez, Kermunition et retour au parking.
